Refund Policy

Important: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with our pet photography services in Pune. This policy outlines our fair refund process.
1. Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours before session: Full refund available
- 24-48 hours before session: 50% refund available
- Less than 24 hours: No refund (session can be rescheduled once)
- No-show: No refund or rescheduling
2. Weather-Related Cancellations
For outdoor photography sessions:
- Sessions cancelled due to severe weather by PawCapture Studio will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge
- Client weather concerns must be communicated 24 hours in advance
- Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for weather cancellations
3. Service Quality Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with our pet photography services:
- Contact us within 7 days of photo delivery
- We'll work with you to address any concerns
- Partial refunds may be considered for legitimate quality issues
- We may offer complementary re-shoots when appropriate
4. Pet Health and Safety
- Sessions cancelled due to pet illness will be rescheduled without penalty
- Veterinary documentation may be required
- Safety concerns during the session may result in early termination with partial refund
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- UPI and bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days
- Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Digital downloads after delivery
- Printed products once production has started
- Travel fees for on-location sessions
- Third-party service charges
7. Rescheduling Options
Instead of cancellation, consider rescheduling:
- One complimentary reschedule allowed per booking
- Must be rescheduled within 30 days of original date
- Subject to photographer availability
- Additional rescheduling may incur fees
8. Dispute Resolution
We're committed to resolving any concerns:
- Contact us directly before seeking external dispute resolution
- Most issues can be resolved through direct communication
