1. Service Agreement

By booking services with PawCapture Studio, you agree to these terms and conditions for professional pet photography services in Pune, India.

2. Booking and Scheduling

• All photography sessions must be booked in advance
• Session times are confirmed upon booking confirmation
• We require 48 hours notice for any schedule changes
• Sessions are subject to photographer availability

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking or session completion
• We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers, and major credit cards
• All payments are processed securely
• Invoices will be provided for all transactions

4. Session Guidelines

• Please ensure your pet is clean and well-groomed before the session
• Bring your pet's favorite toys or treats
• Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather (outdoor sessions)
• Pet owner must remain present during all sessions

5. Photo Delivery

• Edited photos will be delivered within 7-14 business days
• Photos are delivered via secure digital gallery
• High-resolution images are included in all packages
• Print releases are provided with all sessions

6. Pet Safety

The safety and wellbeing of your pet is our top priority. We:

• Never use flash that could startle or harm pets
• Allow frequent breaks during sessions
• Work at your pet's pace and comfort level
• Require vaccination records for studio sessions

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, pet owners are responsible for their pet's behavior and any damages that may occur during the session.

8. Copyright

PawCapture Studio retains copyright to all images but grants clients unlimited personal use rights. Commercial use requires separate agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be resolved in Pune jurisdiction.
